Meetings are Mandatory Please mark your calendars now!

Each meeting is for the youth and adult chaperones, unless stated otherwise

 January 27^th 6:00-8:30pm at Kevra’s house. Bring $3.00.

(Write TU’s, plan next auction, discuss upcoming fundraising)

February 24^th 6:30-8:30pm at Kevra’s house. Bring a dessert to share. ~Sensitivity~  (Final auction planning, update on fundraising)

March 16^th 11:45am at church ~Spaghetti dinner and Service Auction~

(Immediately after church)

March 30^th @ 1:00-3:00pm at Church. ~Parent and Youth Meeting~

(Work campers and youth eat lunch, then return for a combined meeting.)

April 2^nd @ 7-9:30pm at Kevra’s house. ~Adult Chaperone meeting~

**Dinner provided by Kevra as a thank you. All adult chaperones must attend!**

April 27th @6:30 -8:30pm. Bring $3.00 for pizza. ~Safety meeting~

(Let’s get tool smart! Building the cross, what to bring to camp, etc….)

May 18^th @12:00-3:00pm. Potluck lunch  and Pool Party!

(Let’s get ready to go!!! Plan commissioning service; finish cross, and other final plans)

June 7^th ~Rehearsal for commissioning service~

June 8^th 10:00am ~Commissioning Service~

June 14^th Leave for camp 5:00am or earlier

June 22^nd Home from camp… hopefully early evening.

Mid- July 2008 Post Camp Party… time and place to be announced

August 17^th Post Camp Youth Service….Let’s share our experience with the congregation
